President Biya sweeps 71% Cameroon’s votes for 7th term

The 85 years oldest Africa’s head of state, Cameroon's President Paul Biya has won a seventh term in office in the elections marred by low turnout and voter intimidation. Biya was re-elected with 71.3% of the vote, according to official results.
